Michael qualified from Bristol University in 1989 and spent a number of years in general practice and hospital posts in the South West of England and Essex before undertaking post-graduate studies in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 1996. He gained his MSc with distinction in 1998 and was admitted to the Specialist Register as a Specialist Endodontist in 2000.
He has been working as a Specialist Endodontist, limiting his practice to this field, since 2002 in London and Hertfordshire.
As a Specialist Endodontist, with the benefit of his further training, many years of experience and the use of specialist equipment, Michael takes referrals from other dentists for advice or treatment on cases that are of a more complex nature than usual.
